Assisting with general rental enquiries
Assisting in conducting open inspections for rental properties
Assisting in conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Assisting in processing rental applications
Maintaining a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with landlords & tenants
Assisting in responding to repairs/maintenance requests
Role requirements…
Current drivers licence
Administrative experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Current Certificate of Registration or be willing to undertake the required training
