What will you be doing in this role:
Taking over a well-cared for residential portfolio of 250 properties you will have support with routines, leasing, accounts, and ingoing's to allow for you to focus on nurturing your Landlord and Tenant relationships. The current Property Manager is staying with in the business, so a comprehensive handover is ensured.
- Approve applications with Landlords
- Manage arrears at 10+ days
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and minor renovations
- Outgoing inspections
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Assist with the overflow of routines and ingoing's as required
- Manage price adjustments and leasing feedback to Landlords
The right candidate will have:
- 5+ years managing a portfolio on your own
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies ACT
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- A can do attitude with a focus on customer service
