From humble beginnings in the garage at the family home in Ipswich, Rent My Property now has three offices across Brisbane, with a dedicated team of more than 30 staff, managing more than a billion dollars worth of investment properties.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and dedicated Property Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will have the support of a dedicated administration team. You will be responsible for:
- Nurturing and building on our relationships with clients and tenants to achieve the best outcome for both
- General property management and administration - maintaining Real Estate records using established systems and software
- Supporting and mentoring junior administration staff and on-road staff to deliver positive results for our clients
About You
This is the ideal position if you're a Property Manager looking for a change of scenery. You will have:
- QLD Salesperson Certificate or Real Estate License
- Property Management experience
- Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work as a team player
- Previous experience using Console Cloud, Vault, IRE or the ability to learn quickly
- A valid MANUAL drivers license - the role comes with a company vehicle and phone
