This is an exciting role for a New Property Manager
Regular industry training is provided because giving you the best support in this role is paramount to our clients. Our Property Management Department is structured to allow you the time and space to focus on what it does best – providing exceptional service to clients.
The Roll:
- Full time Monday – Friday.
- Management of 170 Properties with support from a Senior Property Manager, Leasing Manager, and accounts admin
- Communication and building a rapport with tenants and landlords.
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
- Maintenance management
- Rent increases, rent reviews, termination notice and lease renewals.
- Attending tribunal when required
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of market trends.

The Candidate:
- Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Agent Assist Certificate
- Experience with PropertyMe is an advantage.
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable car
- Previous experience as a Property Manager/ officer is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be committed and passionate about a career in Real Estate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills.
