- Providing strategic advice on the acquisition and management of new built form assets.
- Negotiate and manage Managing Agent agreements.
- Manage facilities to ensure optimal asset performance based on DevelopmentWA objectives.
- Develop, approve and manage actuals to annual budgets.
- Market, negotiate and manage tenancy agreements including leases, access licences and other agreements.
- Engage, instruct and monitor the performance of external consultants and contractors.
- Prepare built form asses for disposal including assisting in disposal strategy advice, engagement of consultants, due diligence/sale documentation and the sale process.
- Ability to work independently to identify and analyse complex issues and provide concise written recommendations for approval.
- Experience with Managing Agents in a landlord role (desirable only).
- Knowledge of property and real estate legislation and industry procedures, including strata management.
- Good skills in leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
- The ability to work independently, show initiative and find strategic solutions to issues.
