This Tuesday to Saturday role will see you manage 130 residential properties + leasing. The business will further grow so that you can move into a senior Property Manager role and transition to a purely Monday to Friday role. This newly created opportunity offers a comprehensive and over and onboarding so that you can hit the ground running with your new portfolio.
- Manage all Saturday and private leasing inspections
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Landlords
- Arrears management
- NCAT preparation and support with attendance
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Manage bond and insurance claims
- Repairs and maintenance
- Nurture Landlord and Tenant relationships
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
- Experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
- Highly customer service oriented
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to work as a team
