The Role:

• Managing a small portfolio of 100 properties 
• Routine inspections and reporting
• Entry and exit inspections
• Organising maintenance 
• Liaising with owners and tenants
• Lease renewals and rent increases
• Arrears management
• QCAT applications and attendance where required
• NO BDM or trust accounting duties

The Successful Candidate:

• QLD Certificate of Registration 
• Driver’s license 
• Previous experience in Real Estate
• Excellent communication skills 
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Immaculate presentation
