We specialize in High-End Sales and Investment Property management and are looking to employ a charismatic worker to assist with our Property management duties. This is a part time position.
Part Time Employment
9:00AM - 2:30PM
15 Hours per week
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Timely email response, and phone inquiry handing
- Organising Repairs and Maintenance for Rentals
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding the day-to-day management of rental properties.
- Managing Tenancy Arrears
- Lease renewals and tenant reviews
- Conducting Open inspections, Routine Inspections, Condition Reports, and Final Inspections
- Completing daily receipting
- Processing Invoicing, Payments and Receipts
Essential Requirements
- Driver's License and personal vehicle
- Basic computer skills
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Console Cloud training preferred
