The Role:
- Very clean portfolio
- Managing roughly 200 properties
- Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
- Repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears management
- Build strong relationships with landlords
- Work alongside an experienced Senior PM
- Oversee tenant application process and tenant conflict resolution
- Manage all lease renewal negotiations
- ADHOC aid to Head of Department
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a property management role
- Current Certificate of Registration is essential
- Real Estate License is preferred but not essential
- Outstanding customer service
- Intuitive with an ability to multi-task
- Own car and current driver's Licence
- UP TO $90K PACKAGE!!
