Property Manager - Chippendale

• $80,000 ($85,000 for 4+ years experience)
• Parking Provided
• Based in Chippendale

Our Client:
A boutique Real Estate agency located near the landmark Central Park development, our client is housed in near new offices and therefore offers a Property Manager a lovely environment to work from and cosmopolitan offerings for lunch and lifestyle.

Duties:

• Day-to-day management of 100 residential properties
• Nurturing of landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordination of all leasing duties including advertising and opens
• Maintenance of properties and undertaking routine inspections
• Minimising arrears and all legislative

Specific requirements:

• 2+ years experience within Property Management
• Open to a Property Officer or Property Management Assistant stepping up
• Current Assistant Agents Certificate (Certificate of Registration) or License
• A current drivers licence
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be highly regarded
