The Role:

• Manage a local portfolio of only 100 local properties!
• Admin support 
• Working alongside one other Junior Property Manager and an experienced Business Development Manager
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing routine, entry and exit inspections and Reporting 
• Managing arrears and notices 
• Organising repairs & maintenance 
• Prepare and attend QCAT 
• Tenant sign-ups 
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 + years of previous Real Estate experience  
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation 
• Valid driver's license
