Purpose of the Position
As a Territory Manager, Concrete , you will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth, cultivating customer connections, and optimising market saturation across the full spectrum of Everhard Industries concrete products’ segmentation. . You will lead the charge in expanding our footprint, achieving sales targets, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction within the South East Queensland region.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Territory Management:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. Conduct product presentations to potential clients.
Account Management:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure seamless customer onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to address needs and enhance satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and other departments to align strategies and support team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance and competitor activities.
Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate to optimise logistics and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining high service standards.
Customer Education:
- Educate clients on product features and provide training sessions/resources to maximise satisfaction and utilisation.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records via the CRM system.
Continuous Improvement:
- Solicit feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance products, services, and processes.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Previous sales management experience in the construction industry.
- Business development or sales background in Builders/Plumbers/Landscapers/Civil Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive industry network with Plumbing Wholesaler connections.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, multitasking effectively.
- Proficient in customer support software and CRMs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, committed to exceptional customer experiences.
A suitable remuneration package will be offered based on experience along with a car allowance, fuel card, phone and tablet.
