Located at Brendale, Rhino Property Management is a boutique agency that focuses on delivering the highest quality service to its clients.
Their mission is to make owning an investment property as stress-free as possible. They build strong relationships with both property owners and tenants, ensuring that the best outcomes are achieved for everyone.

About the role:
In this full time position, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including:
Undertaking routine inspections
Completing entry reports
Completing exit reports & Routine inspections
Key handovers
Reviewing and processing tenant applications
Managing arrears
Day to day property management including leasing
No trust accounting in this role
Working 8.30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday you may be requested to work the occasional Saturday as needed.
You will be provided with a mobile phone and use of a work vehicle.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
Current real estate certificate
Valid drivers licence
Personable and able to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver exceptional outcomes
Decisive, fair and practical approach to managing issues

Properties are located from Sunshine Coast to Ipswich so no day is the same.
Our portfolio is predominately new builds so maintenance is low and you will have help with our admin assistant.
