Eastwell Management is a family owned and operated management rights and property management agency based in Spring Hill. We nurture a small but innovative team within a friendly work environment, and we are currently looking for a dynamic person seeking a part-time position as Property Manager Assistant and occasional support in Administration and Marketing. Ideally this position will progress to full-time into the future. As a Property Manager at Eastwell, you will take charge of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring the smooth management and maintenance of our clients' properties. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships, maximizing rental yields, and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of residential properties - onsite and throughout Brisbane
- Liaising with landlords and tenants, managing telephone and email correspondence
- Scheduling and following-up repairs and maintenance with contractors in efficient manner
- Performing comprehensive entry, exit and routine inspections
- Aiding in open inspections on Saturday morning, on occasions
- Assisting Managing Director in marketing and other miscellaneous tasks
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee property repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

- High proficiency with computers & MS Office
- Strong work ethic and driven to succeed
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to property-related challenges.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in property management software (Property Me a benifit but not essential) and digital platforms.
- Property management experience preferred but not essential
- Certificate of Registration essential or willing to obtain promptly
- Valid QLD Driver License and reliable transportation essential
