Property Manager required to join a fun, laid-back team in Marsden. Monday to Friday role, enjoy going to work!

The Role

• Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 120 properties
• Properties all within close proximity to the office
• No leasing & no BDM
• Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, Administrator, and knowledgeable Head of Department
• Cloud-based software used

The Requirements

• At least 1-2+ years experience as a Property Manager
• Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Driver's license
• Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
• Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
