Form of workDue to rapid expansion and a vision for growth, leading, long established Real Estate Group Buxton is seeking an experienced and passionate person for our Dingley Village and Keysborough office's.
Based at our Dingley Village office you will oversee your own portfolio with the guidance and support of our well regarded and experienced Department Head.
The position:
* Manage a small portfolio and have the use of a company car when you're in the field.
* Oversee the development and growth of your portfolio alongside our Department Head and BDM.
* Focus on relationships and retention.
* Work within a close knit team.
To be considered for this role you will ideally;
* Live locally.
* Have a minimum of 12 month's experience in Property Management in a similar role or as an assistant.
* Have exceptional organisational skills.
* Be energetic and willing to work hard to see results.
* Be career orientated.
* A desire to develop and and grow the portfolio.
* Be a Licensed Estate Agent or Agents Representative.
* Have a valid drivers license.
