About the Role
You'll be in charge of remotely managing a well organised portfolio based in the state's south-east with on the ground support and great leadership/management. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.
The Duties
- Managing approximately 140 properties
- Dedicated team on site conducting all outside duties
- No inspections, no PCRs, no outgoings
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Advertising properties
- Monitoring arrears, bond claims
- Maintenance coordination
- Processing applications & tenant selection
- Previous remote PM experience is desirable
- Current Property Management registration
- Impeccable communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- No outside work
- WFH & work/life balance
- Approx. 25hrs a week
