Nestled in the Rockhampton region, this pub is a cornerstone of the local community, known for its friendly ambience, live entertainment, and a diverse menu that caters to all tastes.About the Role:As the Venue Manager you with oversee day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver outstanding service. Develop and implement innovative promotions and events to drive foot traffic. Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. You will have proven experience in managing a regional hotel successfully and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team around you and deliver business innovation for profitability.Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in pub/venue management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• RSA, RSG, RMLV, APPROVED MANAGERS LICENCE, GAMING NOMINEE, CLO.
• Knowledge of local liquor and safety regulations
