We are excited to announce that our Public Law team in Canberra continues to grow; our continued success has resulted in several opportunities for experienced Public Law lawyers (across levels from junior to Associate) to join our dynamic team. The growth of the Practice extends beyond the ACT and as such we are interested in hearing from candidates in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane too.
About youThe team, led by partners, Michael Palfrey and Will Sharpe, is especially interested in recruiting lawyers with administrative law experience, including in merits review in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, judicial review in the Federal Court, and investigations and inquiries. The successful candidates will have carriage of their own litigation matters and will also be involved in advice work for a range of Commonwealth clients on administrative decision-making, statutory interpretation, and information law matters.
The successful candidates will be team players, committed to providing quality legal services to the Commonwealth government, and be willing to contribute to the team’s ongoing business development.
