Pinnacle International Wholesalers is a market leader in Disposable Food service Packaging used in the fast food, retail Markets. We are looking for an assistant to assist in our busy Head Office located in Smithfield NSW.
The ideal candidate would have had exposure to an office environment with skills in procurement, negotiations and can speak, read and write Mandarin.
Potential Candidates with exposure to printed processes & procurement are also encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist National Procurement Manager
- Able to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Relaying correspondence with attention to detail
- General procedure of internal & external documentation
- Maintaining files
- Consult with suppliers, customer service & freight forwarders
- Co-coordinating special custom orders
