Quality production due to the procedures used in processing, preparation and dispatch parameters as laid down in government regulations, both internally and externally to Australia
Interaction with management, production and supervisory personnel
Interact/liaise with DA and other regulatory bodies
Revise by amendment when necessary all publications and quality manuals
Monitor to ensure the continued surveillance and reporting by the FSQA team of all processes
Ensure samples required by the laboratory are collected Participate in internal/external audits
Monitor total hygiene practices
Maintain an up to date status of all publications/manuals Monitor/record when necessary results of instrument calibration e.g. scales, thermometers, torches and PH meter
Stop production regardless of location in nonconformities are not or cannot be corrected whilst production continues
