The Role:
- ASAP start
- Night shift (generally 10pm - 6am)
- $29.16 per hour starting rate + Night Shift 25% loading
What we are looking for?
- Degree in food science or something similar
- Experience in QC field (preferably in the food processing industry)
- A good understanding of HACCP and GMP.
- Someone with general GMP knowledge who has worked in the food processing industry for more than 5 years
- Must be comfortable working around and handling raw poultry chicken products.
- Eye for detail as will be checking quality of each product on the production line
- Proven prior experience of QA/QC within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling food or in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent data entry/ computer skills
- Competitive hourly rate additional penalties
