Address Boutique Cable Beach restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced chef.
We are a popular casual fine dining restaurant and are looking for a chef who will blend well in our small, friendly and passionate team. Essential qualities for the role are:
- Experienced Chef
- Team player who is able to take instruction as well as work independently managing own section.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with both kitchen and front of house team
- Good knowledge of flavours and cooking techniques and desire to learn more
- Passion for producing high quality products
- Attention to detail
- Good personal hygiene and well presented
Duties will include:
- Organisation and upkeep of any given section - prepping and maintaining levels as well as preparing dishes to our high standard.
- maintaining cleanliness in conjunction with health and safety regulations including COVID-19 safety measures
- Promotions available to higher levels for the right candidates
Must be fluent in English and have permanent work rights in Australia.
Position promotions available for suitably qualified candidates on demonstration of skills.
