The Old England Hotel is seeking Qualified Chefs to join our professional team.
The Hotel Bistro is a busy fast paced environment with an outstanding reputation for serving high quality meals and as such, we need chefs experienced in all aspects of a busy, high volume hotel kitchen including larder, pans, fryers, grill and pass. Experience in pans and grill will be a distinct advantage.
We require:
- Fully Qualified Chefs
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Meticulous approach to the preparation & presentation of food
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing and able to work a variety of shifts and weekends as required
