- Lead a small team, ensuring effective implementation of management systems and processes within a Works Package, including Quality, Completions, Document Control, and Auditing.
- Establish and maintain Work Package quality records through the implementation of Aconex.
- Manage the process of stakeholder acceptance, including works inspection and defects management.
- Collate and close out all documentation required by the contract to achieve Practical and Final Completion.
- Manage the documentation required to satisfy ARO approval and other stakeholder requirements for completion and handover of rail works and assets into operation.
- Ability to work with electronic management systems and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work with a high level of accuracy under minimum supervision and work autonomously within a team environment to ensure deadlines are met.
- High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface, interact and work with the various project areas, Management team and external parties at Project level.
- Reporting on Quality, Completions and Commissioning related matters, including preparation of summary reports as required
- Driving the collation of construction data and deliverables to achieve the Framework’s quality assurance, completion and handover requirements.
- Document management and control of Framework records through the selected electronic document management system in accordance with company policy and client requirements
- Ensuring Quality compliance within the Framework’s policies, procedures and Management Plans
- Managing the Framework’s audit schedule and identifying areas of risk with relation to quality that require auditing.
- Auditing manufacturers and sub-contractors as required to ensure requirements are met for relevant standards and quality controls.
- Ensuring system is in place on project sites for identification of non-compliances and instigation of corrective actions as require.
- Implementing the Project close out process.
