Job description

The Role

As a Quality and Compliance Officer you will be responsible for coordination of Quality Management System documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 certification requirements and provide administrative support in the form of updating documents and process maps in Promapp. Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

To be successful in this role…

You will communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of process owners to improve the quality management systems.

  • Work with the various internal stakeholders to ensure a regular review of department specific processes and procedures are carried out and to ensure that obstacles/issues are resolved as necessary.
  • Make updates where required to match true business practice, whilst ensuring the requirements of the ISO 9001 standards are maintained
  • Responsible for quality related training, including training planning and training organization
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required including mail outs, document collation, promotional activities and office projects.
  • Any other task or activity from time to time in relation to QMS

 Skills you’ll bring

  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills in word predominantly
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work under pressure     
  • Demonstrated experience to deal with confidential matters
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage key stakeholders
  • Proven written communications skills and ability to prepare reports and business documentation
