You will
- enhance quality, manage risks, and ensure safety at the Thompson Institute, collaborating closely with the University's Governance and Risk Management, and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing teams;
- handle feedback, incidents, audits, and Risk assessments for our research and clinical teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance; and
- cultivate a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and quality excellence within the Thompson Institute.

You'll take the lead in developing quality monitoring strategies, partnering closely with our Governance and Risk Management team. Your expertise in designing effective systems ensures our processes run seamlessly, and you're always ready to address any concerns that arise. With your guidance, we'll maintain compliance and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will possess:
- proven expertise in advancing patient safety, quality, and Risk management using best-practice methodologies;
- extensive background in clinical research or operations, with a focus on clinical trial monitoring, showcasing your commitment to excellence;
- track record of navigating regulatory compliance landscapes, translating legislation and regulations into effective compliance solutions;
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adept report writing abilities, ensuring clear and concise communication;
- a proactive team player who thrives in multidisciplinary environments, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute collaboratively; and
- in-depth knowledge of ICH GCP and national regulations, underscoring your commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical research.
