The Quality Assistant is a crucial administrative role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the high standard of quality services are delivered within HenderCare.

About the Role
As the Quality Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the overall quality management system and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Governance, Risk and Compliance and other teams as required to implement quality assurance processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Some key duties will include monitoring the Safety and Risk register and conducting evaluations for any notified risks with mitigation strategies. You will be required to monitor and maintain the SharePoint and incident reporting systems including answering general questions in relation to the functionality and instructing personnel on the appropriate use.
The Quality Assistant will provide administrative support to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager and Quality Officer Team Leader.
About You
We are looking for someone who possess a high level of skill and experience in administrative procedures. Exceptional customer service is an absolute requirement as is the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Key capabilities of this position include:
- Have experience in high-volume administration services.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite program and ability to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
