AddressWe are seeking a part time Medical Receptionist to join our team three days per week. This role requires a mature attitude and excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail is essential. Must have a polite and professional manner. Previous medical reception experience is essential along with a sound knowledge of medical based software.
Responsibilities in this role involves answering a busy phone system; booking and managing patient appointments, patient accounts, end of day bank settlements, managing correspondence by fax, email, post and healthlink, maintain reception area and provide administrative support to our doctors and practice manager.
