Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 + of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.
- 1,600m2 workshop and store building.
- 3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenities
- Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
- Construction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop Lane
- Construction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures for the project
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality issues promptly
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a QA Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards and processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
