Due to organisational growth, Global Skills is currently looking to fill a Quality Assurance Officer position located at our Penrith Head Office. This role will form part of the Quality Assurance team, who are responsible for ensuring that Global Skills service delivery is at a consistent and high standard across all contracts and sites.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Thorough working knowledge of the contractual requirements of Workforce Australia, Transition to Work and Disability Employment Services (ESS), CTA and TWES programs
- Thorough knowledge of the National Standards for Disability Services
- Demonstrated working history in Employment Services
- Have performed in roles that require a high level of attention to detail and time management
- Be able to communicate effectively and collaboratively
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of business improvement strategies
- Have a commitment to provide support to unemployed individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Be proficient in the MS Office suite - in particular Word and Excel
Successful Applicants Must:
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check, Bankruptcy check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
