The Opportunity
This role will provide critical support to the PTA Radio Systems Replacement leadership team and will be responsible for the development and management of project inspection, testing, completions, and handover plans.
Key responsibilities include
- Planning and delivering all testing, completions, and handover activity
- Checking & verifying all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks.
- Auditing of testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring of testing activities against the program and reporting progress.
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision, and management to all team members
Requirements to be successful
- Experience across complex, multi-location construction, and infrastructure projects
- Experience in a rail environment (highly desirable)
- Demonstrable understanding of electrical and civil environments
- Experience in Quality and Completions and managing a team
- Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate and establish effective working relationships internally and with the client.
