About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance quality standards across all phases of energy asset delivery, from development to operations.
- Lead the management and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with global standards and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related challenges, driving process enhancements and mitigating risks.
- Conduct thorough audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for quality-related matters, facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing between local and global teams.
- Strong background in Quality Assurance, with extensive business experience, including significant time in a Quality role.
- You possess tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or a related field, coupled with a strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO accreditation requirements.
- You excel in working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering teamwork and driving alignment towards common quality objectives.
- You demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic environments where you can take ownership and drive meaningful change.
