Quality Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Quality Assurance administrator to help drive compliance across our clients organisation, based in Albury. You will be responsible for ensuring State and Federal regulatory requirements are collaboratively met, as well as maintaining the sites Documentation systems including Policies SOPs, Records and Work Instructions.

TRAINING

• Qualifications in food science, technology or related discipline is preferable

EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in a similar role, or document management experience.
• High level of communication skills, both written and oral 
• Computer fluency in MS, and LIMS databases 
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to work on multiple priorities

KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge/or willingness to learn about regulatory and compliance within food manufacturing – SQF, labelling, allergens, NIPs, PIFs etc.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment to resolve problems and improve systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the sites Document Control systems including Policies SOPs, Records, Work Instructions.
• Communicate & replace updated documents to relevant team members
• Oversee the compliance to various schedules at Riverina Dairy including Internal Auditing, NIP, GMP, etc
• Assist in scheduling and taking minutes of meetings
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and WHS and promote GMP within the team
• Assisting and supporting with QA training needs and one-point lessons
• Consistently complete tasks according to set procedures, in a timely manner with a high attention to detail
• Data collation and data entry as required
