The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Community/Residential Aged Care who has specialised in compliance maintenance, Quality Management & has accreditation experience.
The Benefits:
- Salary: $98k - $102k + super
- Monday to Friday position
- All communities are Brisbane based
- Mentoring role suitable for an RN looking to move in to Compliance/Quality Management
- Travel out to sites required and this person can work on the site they are at and complete Admin days from home
- Work alongside another Care & Compliance Manager

- Provide advice on policies, procedures & systems
- Identify gaps in clinical practice ensuring guidelines are met
- Encourage consistent high standards of care is provided throughout the organisation
- Provide support to Managers/Clinicians/Home Care Staff
- Conducting staff education
- AHPRA Registered Nurse - Essential
- A Community expert with vast experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the legislation surrounding the Aged Care Act
- Australian Drivers License
