About the role We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Rail Construction Manager to join our Rail Operations division in WA. Based in the Albany region this role will primarily be a FIFO or DIDO role on a family friendly roster. Rail Operations is an internal Business unit within Laing O’Rourke, specialising in the sole delivery of all aspects of Rail, working with a team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across Western Australia. Key responsibilities Directly oversee construction activities on the project. Manage the stage gate process from the planning to the delivery stage Lead the technical interface of the works from to ensure the design requirements are met to the RIM specification Manage and lead the delivery engineering stream to ensure a successful delivery of all projects Ensure that the project construction team adopts and continually implements disciplines and procedures.
