We are seeking a full time Front of House expert to join our team. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.
You will be supported by progressive technology to gain efficiencies in your role and allow you the time back in your day to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for the coordination of Sales/Rental Marketing and Reception including property marketing across all media.
Overview of the position:
- Greeting clients - first point of contact for clients to agency
- Answering and redirection of phone calls
- Responding to email enquiry
- Supporting sales and property management teams with administrative duties
