Our team works closely with Real Estate's TOP offices to create premium marketing / content.
We're seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing premium visual content, including photography, videography, and floor plan. You possess a comprehensive understanding of digital photographic production processes and exhibit a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll have experience shooting Real Estate, but more importantly, you’re motivated, committed and passionate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs of Real Estate properties, highlighting key features and ensuring visual appeal.
- Use professional equipment and techniques to achieve optimal lighting and composition.
- Produce engaging and informative Real Estate videos, showcasing properties in a compelling manner.
- Edit and enhance video footage to create polished and professional final products.
- Develop accurate and detailed floor plans for Real Estate properties, incorporating measurements and key architectural features.
- Maintain and care for photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to visual content creation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Communicate proactively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project workflows.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Real Estate Photography, Videography, and Floorplan creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous Real Estate Photography, Videography, and Floorplan projects.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment and editing software.
- Strong creative and artistic skills to capture properties in an appealing and marketable way.
- Experience in managing projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
