This exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, well-presented and dedicated entry level or experienced administrator to begin, progress & flourish within their career with a top rated residential REAL ESTATE office.
Become the first point of contact to Vendors, Buyers, Rental Providers & Renters in Mornington Peninsula's booming property market.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, accurately follow instructions and be punctual, proactive, reliable and polite with a friendly and mature attitude.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist or direct queries to the relevant departments
- Answer all incoming telephone enquiries
- Provide administration support to Sales department
- Assist with marketing
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms
- Ensure all stationary, letterhead and other such items are ordered and stocks maintained
Key Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to adapt around office requirements
- Agents Representative is required
