The Role will include, but not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Answering the phones, directing phone calls, and taking messages
- Property Management administrative support
- Property Advertising
- Trust accounting
- Data entry
The Successful Candidate will:
- Possess an outstanding attitude to not only their work but also life in general
- Be immaculately presented, with high customer service orientation and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
- Have exceptional computer and customer service skills
- Want to learn and grow within the company through continuous training and hard work
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills and a positive friendly ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
- An Agents Representative Certificate will be advantageous; however, the right candidate can obtain this after starting
