Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers.
- Assist clients in the negotiation process, including making offers, counteroffers, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Real Estate market.
- Valid Real Estate license in victoria
