Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients
- Trust accounting (no prior experience required)
- Drafting contracts for lawyers and other administrative duties
- Managing and updating information in Box & Dice and Property Me systems
- Front office reception and administration
- Adhoc tasks as required
- Well-presented, articulate, and punctual individual with a passion for Real Estate
- Agent Representative Certificate is a must
- Impeccable presentation
- Excellent communication skills and a well-spoken demeanour
- Energetic and eager to kickstart a career in Real Estate
- Transferable skill set from another reception or administration role.
