About the role
The right applicant will need to work well within a team environment but also have the ability to work alone.
This is a Part time position - 5 days a week (Mon - Fri)
Hours are flexible however ideally we are looking for someone who can work 9am to 3pm
Your duties will include but are not restricted to:
- Making new job files
- Answering the office phone, redirecting calls and taking messages.
- Photocopying
- Emailing
- Filing
- Assisting the other departments when required.
- Other office duties.
Skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Typing skills
- Good Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge
- Great attitude and willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to follow instructions
