Our team is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join us as a Receptionist / Administration staff in our Lakes Entrance office Monday - Friday and alternate Saturday mornings. You will also have the ability as required to work from our Metung office.
You will learn the skills to complete operational tasks for our Real Estate Agency.
Role responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors and clients
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Keeping office, reception area and meeting rooms clean & tidy
- Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries and direct appropriately
- Key management
- Data entry to database's
- Assistance with general Admin / Sales Admin and Property Management duties
- Create advertising materials and liaise with 3rd parties as requested
- Manage social media for agents and agency
- Communication with third party contacts to complete Real Estate transactions.
