About You

The Role
You will provide administration support to R4Risk’s office and business operations. The role requires flexibility and willingness to learn new skills. Your primary role will be to support our Business Development and Marketing Coordinator in performing our Business Development workflows. Additionally, you will support our Administration Coordinator with general office duties.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Capturing client enquires and business leads in the marketing database
- Compiling client proposal documents
- Maintaining proposal documentation and files
- Maintaining marketing standard documents, brochures etc.
- Maintaining client database
- Supporting digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website)
- Collating data for business reports
- Front office and phone reception (back-up)
- Supporting general office administration tasks such as maintaining business files, copying, ordering supplies, catering for staff lunches etc.
- Project administration support
- Maintaining physical and electronic documents library
- Travel arrangements for staff
Key Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level proficiency in Windows computer environment and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outgoing and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn

- Previous experience in administration-type roles is desirable but not essential.
