Receptionist

We're currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team!

The role

The reception duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients, booking meetings, answering and directing calls, recording and distributing messages
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Filing and records management
• Receiving and processing invoice payments
• Providing administrative support to the team

• Good written and verbal communication skills – to build rapport with staff and clients alike 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Doesn't mind working autonomously 
• Wants to contribute to a positive workplace culture
