A position for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant is now available at SportsCare Barton.
SportsCare Barton is multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, exercise physiology and hand therapy. We also work alongside and provide administration assistance to Resonate Psychology and The Rehab Podiatrist, who work from our rooms in Barton. Our administration team is friendly, efficient, and busy. We focus on providing an excellent customer experience and manage diaries for multiple professions across several sites.
The weekly hours for this position will range between 18-22, to be worked across the week Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday mornings coverage available at our Mawson clinic). The position requires time flexibility to provide coverage for annual and sick leave for the administration team.
We are looking for an administration team member who has:
- exceptional customer service skills
- a high-level of computer literacy
- professional manner in all methods of clinic communication
- knowledge of processing payments - HICAPS and Eftpos
- a positive attitude to work
- ability to multitask and prioritise completing jobs
- the ability to work as part of a team
- ability to take initiative and work without direct supervision
Admin experience is beneficial, however on the job training is provided.
