The only experience you need is to be able to touch type and have attention to detail. Bring your smile and sense of humour – some days are easy and others are hard but our close knit team work together to provide outstanding service to property owners and tenants.
The position is full time, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm, no weekends! Uniforms and hands-on training provided. You can stay in the receptionist role; or build into a property management assistant – the choice is yours.

Requirements
- Touch typing ability
- Strong focus on customer service
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Administration experience
Key responsibilities and duties
- Answering phones in a professional manner, screening, forward incoming calls, and taking and forwarding accurate messages.
- Updating and maintaining database
- Maintaining excellent document management standards
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Maintaining standard of reception area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Learning, growing, and developing your skills
