APSO is a well-known and respected Serviced Office company within the Property Development sector. We are looking for a full time, organised, well presented Client Services Coordinator to work alongside a small team at our Peninsula location. You will help our clients grow their business and foster a good onsite community. As one of our largest clients is a medical professional, medical reception experience would be highly valued, but not essential.

Your new role
We regard this position as one of the most important in the company as you are the face of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing outstanding telephone answering and administration services to prospective, new, and current clients
- Maintenance of general reception duties in an organised and proactive manner
- Liaising with clients regarding upselling of APSO services & assist in client retention
- Ensure upkeep of business centre databases and assisting with supply orders
- Assisting in scheduling boardroom usage, customer requirements, coffee orders, catering and organise payment if required
- Providing support to the Business Managers and other APSO team members in the day to day running of the serviced office
- Set up vacant offices with new serviced office tenancies
What you need to succeed
- Reception and customer service experience necessary
- Previous telephone answering experience is essential; prior experience as a medical receptionist would be highly valued
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure
- Personable with an approachable demeanour
- Ability to work in a team-based environment, but also be comfortable working independently
- A positive and adaptable attitude
