The role
The Receptionist position acts as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors attending the Sunwater corporate offices, and responding to email, phone, and in-person requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsibilities will include:
Deliver efficient and professional reception support functions to internal and external stakeholders to Sunwater including incoming deliveries, telephone calls, and ensuring offices are maintained to a clean and professional standard.
Deliver high quality and professional assistance to guests of Sunwater corporate offices.
Provide efficient and effective administrative support services to business groups within Sunwater Corporate offices including but not limited to:
Support the coordination of Corporate Travel Management for Sunwater.
Coordinate the assignment and maintenance of Sunwater security access passes and other security measures.
Assist with coordination of internal and external Sunwater events.
Support the corporate facilities team in identification and escalation of potential security matters and assist the wider office maintenance.
Coordinate Sunwater’s incoming and outgoing mail service.
Support Sunwater’s online catering and PPE ordering services
About you
We are looking for someone with demonstrated ability in a customer relations or reception function and basic administrative skills, with a focus on providing high quality support services. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
Computer and software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Ability to apply sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in an administrative support role.
Working as part of a multi-functional team.
Organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work schedules, meeting commitments and deadlines.
